A specially curated step-by-step introduction to rhythm cycling for first timers and beginners. Class will include a runthrough of basic bike set-up, clipping on and off the bike, proper cycling posture, common cues used by instructors and 25 minutes of beginner friendly rhythm cycling!
H♡ • CHILL
A beginner friendly class that is made for everyone! We will ride and dance a to playlist that will incorporate a full body workout including weights on the bike.
H♡ • SOME
Our signature spin class that will build on the fundamentals of our H♡ • CHILL classes by progressively increasing speed, resistance and complexity in choreography.
H♡ • FINITY
Not for the faint hearted!
(I.E. for intermediate to advance riders)
This is a 60 mins version of our H♡some class, specially curated to train riders' endurance and willpower. Expect more fun, more singing and buckets of sweat!
